Diagnose before building
I look for the constraint first: deliverability, weak segmentation, thin service pages, tracking gaps, poor merchandising, broken automations or unclear CRM ownership.
I am Gurbaj Singh, an independent marketing systems consultant working across Klaviyo, ecommerce SEO, HubSpot and CRM operations. The work is practical: diagnose the account, choose the constraint, implement cleanly and report in a way the team can verify.
The site is built around the same way I work with clients: start with the business model, look at the evidence, decide what deserves attention and only then recommend tools or implementation. Affiliate links may appear on software pages, but the commercial relationship is not the reason a tool is included.
I look for the constraint first: deliverability, weak segmentation, thin service pages, tracking gaps, poor merchandising, broken automations or unclear CRM ownership.
A campaign, flow or SEO page is only useful when the surrounding data, offer, audience and reporting can support it.
The goal is not a pretty dashboard. The goal is a clear before and after view that shows what changed and what to do next.
Most accounts do not need ten more ideas. They need a cleaner read on what is leaking, what is blocked and what can be fixed without creating new mess.
I review the account, site, analytics, Search Console, email platform, CRM and current priorities so the recommendation fits the real environment.
I identify the current bottleneck and document the evidence. This might be a segment, page type, flow, tracking issue or operating gap.
I make the change cleanly, keep naming and structure understandable, and avoid changes that make the account harder to manage later.
I check the details that break performance: triggers, exclusions, redirects, indexing, events, attribution and reporting logic.
You get a plain-language summary of what changed, what the early signal says and what I would fix next.
The overlap matters. Email performance, SEO visibility and CRM quality usually affect each other. A high-intent page should feed the right list, a good list should receive the right offer, and reporting should show whether either one worked.
Flow audits, deliverability diagnosis, segmentation, list growth quality, revenue recovery and retention email systems for ecommerce brands.
Technical checks, collection and product-page visibility, content structure, internal links, Search Console evidence and prioritised fixes.
Cleaner handoffs, lifecycle stages, reporting, form logic, CRM hygiene and marketing automation that sales or service teams can trust.
Not everything needs a dashboard. Everything important needs a baseline, a reason for the change and a way to check whether it helped.
Some pages on this site may earn affiliate commissions. That makes the standards more important, not less important. Recommendations are written to help a reader choose, reject or shortlist a tool based on fit.
I am not trying to look bigger than I am. I am trying to make the decision easier and the implementation cleaner.
If the data is incomplete, I say what is missing instead of pretending the answer is obvious.
Klaviyo, HubSpot, Shopify apps and SEO tools are only useful when they fit the operating reality.
If a page can earn a commission, that context should be visible. Trust is more valuable than a click.
If you want a direct read on an email, SEO or CRM problem, bring the account, the numbers and the current constraint. I will tell you what I would fix first and why.
Thirty minutes, no deck, no pitch. If it is not a fit I will say so on the call rather than after the invoice.
